Our working/show/breeding quality pups are sold with a guarantee to be free from serious infectious diseases, serious genetic, and serious congenital defects. If a puppy acquires a life-threatening infectious disease such as parvo within the incubation period after leaving Nobilis Kennels, and the sickness can be traced to our kennel within a reasonable likelihood, we will cover the veterinary expenses up to the dollar amount paid for the dog. If the pup is treated immediately and completely recovers after discovering the malady, yet dies anyway, Nobilis Kennels will cover the vet bills as stated above and offer a replacement puppy of comparable value and the buyer's choice as soon as one becomes available. b) The Buyer has 72 hours in which to have Puppy examined by a veterinarian and to personally inspect Puppy. Buyer may return Puppy to Seller for a full refund for any reason within this period, providing Buyer agrees to pay all return transportation costs to Nobilis Kennels. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WELL BEING OF THE DOG. If the dog has not been vaccinated against communicable diseases and the dog contracts such a disease, guarantee is VOID. Your puppy is guaranteed for three(3) full years from the date of purchase Those genetic defects included under the replacement guarantee are hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, luxating patella, hypothyroidism, generalized demodectic mange, deafness, congenital heart problems, and epilepsy. Other problems will be dealt with as they arise, but our general policy is that if both our and your vets consider the defect to be serious and inheritable, we will replace it. As many of the above problems can be caused or complicated by environmental conditions, we encourage owners to avoid highly strenuous activity with their dogs before the age of 15 months, as well as keep them in lean condition and on soft surfaces. If a problem develops anyway, we request certification of spaying or neutering , and we will ship out a similar quality replacement pup of your choice as soon as one becomes available. Shipping and spaying/neutering costs are the responsibility of the owner, not Nobilis Kennels. This guarantee is void if the dog has been bred, so please have your dog thoroughly examined and PennHip or OFA x-rayed prior to breeding. Please keep receipts and information that prove that puppy or dog has been getting regular vet care and shots in addition to a quality diet and adequate housing as we will need this information in order to approve of you getting a replacement puppy. A non-refundable $150.00 deposit is required to hold a specific puppy. Picks will not be taking place until the pups are at least 8 wks old and they will be assigned as your deposits are received. Nobilis Kennels will not be responsible for the well being and actions of this dog once it has been removed from its possession. The buyer must also agree not to sell this dog to retailers, wholesalers, auctioneers, researchers, and or any people who fight their dogs. If the buyer cannot keep the dog for any reason, it will be returned to Nobilis Kennels without a refund of any kind. Everything stated on this guarantee is solely to protect the dog, the breed in general, and the community. All litters are on a "first come first serve" basis. Our Puppy Prices range from $600-$1800. Sometime we will have puppies available for a lower price on a spay/neuter conract, working dog contract, or breeding priviledges contract. These details will be worked out on an individual basis and will be added to this contract in the addendum section. This puppy will carry the NOBILIS kennel name in his/her name in any and all registries. During the life of Puppy, Buyer and Seller agree to notify each other, within 30 days, of any changes in address or phone numbers. Buyer agrees that Puppy is NOT to be LEFT SOLELY IN A BACKYARD OR KENNEL and will be allowed to spend substantial quality time in the home with family members. Puppy is sold with the understanding that it was to go to carefully selected parties and the Buyer AVOWS that Puppy shall become a member of the family. (This is to assure proper development and maintenance of the temperament for which the animal was bred.) Buyer agrees to provide proper training and socialization for this dog as stipulated by the Breeder. Buyer agrees to enroll dog in a formal socialization class before the dog is six (6) months old. This can be obedience, conformation handling, schutzhund, ring sport or similar structured training classes for socialization. If it is reported and confirmed that Puppy is being abused or neglected by Purchaser, rights and ownership of Puppy will automatically terminate and revert back to Seller who may immediately assume possession. Buyer agrees Seller will REPOSSESS PUPPY UPON EVIDENCE OF NEGLECT AND/OR ABUSE and that Buyer will be responsible for Seller's fees and costs involved in repossession. Should the Buyer choose to break any of the covenants of this Agreement, the remainder of the Agreement will be considered null and void, Seller will have the right to repossess Puppy and that the Buyer will be liable for any costs involved in that repossession.
